Weekly Market Snapshot

Up, up and away. The price trends in Montecito seem to continue to remain on the rise. As you can see the average sale price in 2021 ($5,703,739) was over $1M more than in 2020 ($4,563,296) and almost $2M more than 2019 ($3,854,656).

This trend seems to be county wide, as South Santa Barbara County has seen average sales price increases over the last couple of years as well.

Only time will tell how this sales trend will continue.
