Highlights from the 3 Closed Sales last week…
- The sprawling estate at 560 Toro Canyon Park Road closed at $21,900,000, 17% under their original listed price when listed in May at $26,500,000.
- 1300 Plaza Pacifica closed at $5,000,000, fetching $2,340/sqft.
- And 1123 Camino Viejo’s successful pre-listing push resulted in closing with just 2 days on market, at $315,000 over asking.
