I came across this map last week and was reminded anew of all the neighborhoods and lifestyles that Montecito offers — Birnam Wood, Butterfly Beach, Lower Village, Montecito Oaks, Hedgerows, Upper Village, Golden Quadrangle, Ennisbrook, Pepper Hill, Sea Meadow, Montecito Ranch, Montecito Shores and Bonnymede, Glen Oaks, Fernald Point, Miramar, Eucalyptus Hill, Casa Dorinda and these don’t include Summerland!
Well, so far this month in Montecito there have been only 3 Closed Sales, one of which closed last week. The Average Sales Price is $7,870,833 – so although the number of April sales is down, the Average Sales Price is still up!
There are currently 12 Pending Sales in Montecito, which we expect to help move the needle of sales upward later this month. We saw 4 New Listings come on the market last week with a wide price range, the lowest being $2.750.000 and highest new listing being $19,000,000 (a re-listed property).
