How’s the Market?

“THERE ARE TWO THINGS that don’t have to mean anything, one is music and the other is laughter.”

Last week was the week of two – 2 New Listings, 2 Closed Sales and 2 Pending Sales in Montecito. The new listing that caught our eye was 412 Crocker Sperry Drive. A stunningly renovated Birnam Wood home that last sold in 2015 for $3,495,000 and is now on the market for $12.5M after being renovated with exceptional style and flair by it’s owner, the acclaimed interior designer Suzanne Rheinstein – click the photo on the right to see more.

There are approximately 46 active listings in Montecito, 20 of which came on the market within the last 30 days. After months and months of “low inventory” we are starting to see more properties getting listed and some great choices for buyers. From open houses to daily showings, there are a lot of qualified and determined buyers in the market in all price ranges – now is a great time to put your property on the market for them to see!

The music is free and open to the public to enjoy, and you are also encouraged to grab a bite or a drink at OPPI’Z Bistro and Natural Pizza, and L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele (offering 20% discount) while listening to local bands and musicians.
