The 4th of July is tomorrow and just like that we are officially halfway through 2023. I hope you have plans to enjoy the holiday with friends and family at the beach, now that the sun is finally out, or perhaps enjoying the Montecito Village 4th Roadshow. Hope to see you there!

There were 7 New Listings in Montecito ranging from $2.9M – $17.6M, 3 Pending Sales and only 1 Closed Sale last week. There are approximately 53 active listings in Montecito and inventory is now back to a more normal level. That is good news for all the buyers who are looking – and that doesn’t include all the off market listings (be sure to contact us to know more about those!) We have seen 77 Closed Sales so far this year (January 1 – June 30), but what I find most interesting is that 18 of those sales were sold off market. That is nearly 25% of all Montecito sales!
