This past week we have been a little extra grateful that we live on the Central Coast where the temperatures have not been suffocating like many parts of the country! We are still able to hike, bike, dine alfresco, play at the beach and enjoy all the wonderful summer activities that we have at our fingertips. If you are looking for inspiration for what to do, check out our communities page here.
Last week we saw 3 New Listings, 2 Closed Sales and 4 new Pending Sales. One of the Closed Sales last week was 1496 San Leandro Park Road, which sold off market for $8,910,000. The classic Spanish Colonial Revival home designed by architect Joseph J. Plunkett in 1929 has remained largely unchanged since then; it last sold in 2013 for $2,286,000. So far this month there have been approximately 8 Closed Sales in Montecito and 50% of them have sold off market!
