Happy Labor Day! Whether it is a beach day, lazy afternoon at the park, BBQ with family and friends or just a quiet day to reset – I hope you are enjoying a lovely Labor Day.
Now for for some quick stats on Montecito real estate. Last week there were only 2 New Listings, 4 Pending Sales and 3 Closed Sales. Interestingly enough, all the new Pending Sales and Closed Sales were $5.5M and below.
August had a total of 12 sales in Montecito – the highest sale was 256 Las Entradas Drive in Ennisbrook, which sold for $15,585,000. This number of sales in on par with August 2022, as there were 13 Closed Sales last year. Heading into this new month and season we are looking forward to seeing what comes to market and how the transition to fall encourages an uptick in activity.
