Now for a quick recap of 
Montecito real estate – last week in Montecito there were 6 New Listings, 5 Closed Sales and 2 Pending Sales. There was one off market sale, 285 Bonnie Lane which closed for $4.9M. However, the real talk of the town was 777 Romero Canyon Road, which sold for $25,124,500 after having 2 offers and was rumored to be in escrow much higher but looks like there was a re-negotiation to get it closed.
