• Investing in the kitchen above nearly every other room.
• Treating outdoor living as an expectation, not an amenity.
• Choosing quality, craftsmanship, and spaces designed to be lived in.

But the most interesting trend isn't in the data. It's the question we hear every day: "Where do you hang out?"

Not entertain. Not impress. Just...hang out.

The best luxury homes aren't defined by square footage, but by the room everyone naturally ends up in. A kitchen where people linger. A family room no one wants to leave. Doors that stay open to the patio long after dinner.

Luxury today isn't about formality. It's about connection.

That's not just good design. That's the new definition of luxury.
