Birnam Wood is home to 142 single level homes and is recognized for its world-class golf, tennis, and country club amenities. So far in 2024, Birnam Wood has recorded five sales, with the average sale price increasing by 31.8% to $9,938,000, compared to $7,537,978 in 2023. One additional property is in escrow and is rumored to be closing well above its asking price. Similarly, the average price per square foot climbed by 10.1%, reaching $2,102. Although this year properties spent more time on the market, with the average listing period increasing by 55% from 40 days in 2023 to 62 days in 2024, the higher prices, including a record-high sale of $15,740,004, reflect the continued desirability of this exclusive community.
