According to Robb Report, Montecito’s 93108 ZIP code is now the 5th most expensive in the nation, with median home prices surpassing $5 million. After a slight dip last year, the luxury market has regained its momentum — 67% of the country’s most expensive ZIP codes saw prices climb, and Montecito is no exception.

This week, new listings have more than doubled to 10 (up from 4), closed sales rose to 5, with an average sale price of $5,254,743. Pending sales saw a slight dip, after a blockbuster January.

The Post Montecito: A Warm Welcome to Montecito

Montecito has a new heartbeat, and it’s The Post—a place that instantly feels like it belongs here. Walking through its beautifully preserved buildings, I was struck by how seamlessly it blends history with a fresh, modern energy. With specialty shops, cafés, and restaurants that reflect the character of our coastal community, it’s a spot you’ll find yourself returning to—whether for a quick coffee, a great meal, or one of their upcoming events.
