New listings in Montecito slowed down by 50% compared to the week prior with only 4 New Listings coming on the market.
- Most Notably was ‘Far Afield’ preeminent Golden Quadrangle Estate returning to market for $64,000,000 with a $10M price reduction.
Then the real action was seen in negotiations with 6 Pended Sales, from under $2M to over $14M and including this 2-acre mountain view lot offered at $5,750,000. There were 2 Closed Sales this week, a charming cottage on Eucalyptus Hill and the contemporary stunner up Toro Canyon Park. The only Price Change of the week was the Ocean-view building site on Ayala Lane with a 1920’s fabled Montecito Estate reducing it’s price by over $3.5 million.
