This trend is strongly reflected in the housing market in Montecito.
As June nears its end, Montecito has seen 14 sales (including 2 unreported sales in the MLS), which is slightly down from 19 last June. Despite fewer transactions, the average sales price in June 2024 has surged by approximately 47% to $10,057,647, up significantly from $6,831,552 in 2023.
