Lately, the spotlight ✨ has been on luxury sales, both on and off the market.
I have been reviewing the Q2 stats over the last few days and I can’t help but pause at the number of sales over $10M – TEN! Of those, seven exceeded $15M, and three even surpassed the $30M mark (one of which was an off market sale). In comparison, 2023 also saw ten sales over $10M, but only four over $15M and none above $30M. Looking back to Q2 2022, there were nine sales over $10M, but just three above $15M, with only one topping $30M.
Although luxury buyers with $10M+ to spend often purchase in Dubai, Geneva, Hong Kong, London, and Los Angeles, Montecito is undeniably establishing itself among these elite markets. I have no doubt it will continue to make its mark on the map.
Last week we saw 9 New Listings, 2 Closed Sales and 1 Pending Sale. This is the most New Listings we have seen in quite some time and they ranged from $2.1M – $10.9M, with everything from a coastal Miramar Beach duplex to a tranquil single-level Hedgerow charmer.
