Let’s talk lifestyle — no place does it like Montecito! Over the last 2 years the secret got out and we are now starting to reap the benefits of so much youth, vigor, creativity and passion coming to Santa Barbara and calling it home.
The weather draws us in, but it’s the lifestyle that seals the deal for most. Determined to keep the best of the small town, old school life that defines Santa Barbara while enjoying the benefits of close proximity to Los Angeles and a world class university (UCSB) up the road, our community has never been better. Newcomers who have been drawn here share the Santa Barbara spirit – low key, subtle, grateful, altruistic, generous.
Heading into 2022 Santa Barbara and Montecito continue to thrive and grow, opening new restaurants, hotels, parks, wineries, breweries and more. Montecito opened the first-ever vegan/ plant-based market; the historic Cabrillo Pavilion opened its very popular new beachside restaurant, The Reunion Kitchen; local architect, Jeff Shelton is going to help spruce up the building for Augie’s, Santa Barbara’s first ever tequila bar; and Sunstone Winery is planning a glamorous rooftop tasting room in the Funk Zone.
And this is just the beginning — looking forward to seeing you around town in 2022 and beyond.
