May is here and with the long sunny days, warm nights and continued Buyer demand – it certainly feels like summer! There were 21 closed sales throughout the month of April, and compared to the 37 sales in April of last year, it has been a slower month. However, compared to April 2020’s 11 sales this spring is off to a great start. We will see how the May stats add up at the end of this month. We are hopeful for a steady increase in active listings throughout the summer.
