At the end of last year, several off-market, high-end Montecito properties went into escrow, and they are closing this month — including two sales last week over $20M — underscoring the need to stay in the know!

New Swimwear Store Coming to Coast Village Road
Our new neighbor on Coast Village Road will be Everything But Water, an Orlando-based women’s swimwear brand with around 30 locations nationwide. Taking over the former Maison K space at 1253 Coast Village Road, they’ll bring a luxury retail destination for beachwear and swimsuits to the Lower Village. We can’t wait!
