February ended with a total of 23 sales in Montecito. There were six sales below the $3M mark, 10 between $3-$5M, five sales between $5-$10M and two sales above $10M. The highest sale in Santa Barbara county in February was 848 Hot Springs Road, closing at $20,950,000. Interestingly enough, February 2021 had 23 closed sales as well, the exact same number as this year. And both 2022 and 2021 exceed February 2020 sales by six, as 2020 only had a total of 16 sales.
